A few of us have been talking about our first fundraiser for Talking Threads/Community Threads... we were thinking...

Friday 31st August (last day of Winter! Yay!!)
12 noon til 3pm
Soup, breadroll, cake and a glass of wine
?$25? per head

Raffles, door prize/giveaways...

How you can help...

• Cook a pot of soup
• Bake a cake
• Order/Collect bread
• Obtain wine (paid or donation if poss)
• Source raffle items
• Bring along soup bowls and bread plates
• Get raffle tickets/Make signs for goods
• Certificate of Appreciation - create/print/send or deliver...

Would love to make this a success.... Will try and finalise details this Thursday at Donna's

Cambodian Toys...

Time is up... Can all toys be delivered to Shaz... If you are really keen and want to make some more, please feel free (and let me know so I can make sure they are included to be shipped to Cambodia.
